Vertical Source Pharma Sales Policies

Please take note of the following observations while placing an order with Vertical Source Pharma

1. Product Delivery, if stock available, is usually as follows:
1. Southeast Region: 2 Day delivery with $1,200 minimum order in Rx products.
2. Other parts of the Continental US:  UPS Ground, which takes 3 to 5 business days, with a minimum order of $1,200 in Rx products. 2 Day delivery is available at an additional cost.
3. Dade and Broward County of Florida: Next day delivery. See your Sales Representative for Conditions.
2. Orders need to be placed before 6PM ET in order to ensure above delivery schedule. You can cancel your order until 6PM ET of the same day you ordered.
3. If a required product is out of stock (not obsolete), but you wish to receive when available, include it in your Purchase Order. Your product request will remain on Backorder unless you contact us to cancel.
4. Return Policy:
1. No opened or damaged goods will be accepted
2. Return freight is your responsibility
3. No returns accepted after 5 days of shipment
