1. Currently VS Pharma only offers CIII to CV DEA controlled substances to licensed customers within the State of Florida.

2. Product Delivery, if stock is available, is usually as follows:

Next day delivery if you are located inside Dade or Broward County of Florida

3. You can cancel your order until 6PM ET of the same day you place the order.

4. Price changes between your time of ordering and the time of shipping are possible.

5. If a required product is out of stock (not obsolete), but you still wish to receive it when available, include it in your Purchase Order. Your product request will remain on Backorder unless you contact us to cancel.

6. Return Policy:

a. No opened or damaged goods will be accepted

b. No returns accepted after 5 days of shipment
